I love good food. I guess I can blame it on the Food Network but food is amazing and surrounds most of our special occasions; birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, girl's night out.

Decca Restaurant -A cool fusion of American food with international spices
Garage Bar - If you like pizza and craft beer, this is your place
Mayan Cafe- Authentic Mayan food via local ingredients
Havana Rumba- Great Caribbean food in the mid west, go figure.
Emma Lou's Cafe - Amazing place for lunch with the girls and perfect for a casual vintage afternoon
Wild Ginger - One of my personal favorites for astonishing sushi, the owner is so sweet and welcoming. Wild Ginger is a must.
